1. Purpose of these terms

These terms describe Qubnisfajet restaurant, event, VIP, cocktail bar and venue-based casino lounge services in New Zealand.

2. Reservations

The booking request is not binding until Qubnisfajet has confirmed the availability, price, terms and any special arrangements in writing.

3. Rules of the restaurant

Visitors must follow the restaurant's rules of order, staff instructions, safety regulations and the privacy of other guests.

4. Casino lounge and age limit

The services related to the casino lounge are only allowed for people over 18 years of age. Identity can be verified. Qubnisfajet does not offer gaming, bonuses, betting or game tips.

5. Responsible gaming

Gambling can be addictive. Guests are encouraged to set their own limits, take breaks and ask for help if playing feels out of control.

6. Liability

We try to keep information accurate, but availability, service hours, menus and private event conditions are always confirmed separately. Qubnisfajet is not responsible for indirect damages within the limits permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property rights

The texts, name, structure and brand content are the property of Qubnisfajet or its licensors. Content may not be used commercially without permission.

8. Applicable law

New Zealand law applies to these conditions. Possible disagreements are primarily resolved through negotiation.
